Community Capacity Building

Training and empowering local farmers, community groups, and youth in sustainable farming practices, agribusiness skills, and food system leadership

WS 1: Soil Health WS 2: C2R WS 3: Innovations WS 4: Agroforestry WS 5: Capacity

Overview

Lasting food system transformation requires empowered people with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to drive change. This workstream focuses on building the capacity of farmers, community groups, youth, and local organizations to become leaders in regenerative food systems.

Through training programs, mentorship, peer learning, and leadership development, we equip communities with the tools they need to sustain and scale food system innovations long after project cycles end.
